Our vision is of a construction industry which inspires and enables young people to overcome barriers and build better futures.

We work with young people aged 14-30 to help them access employment opportunities in the industry. We offer free places on our entry-level construction courses to young people who are unemployed, not currently in education or training or to those who face other barriers to inclusion including a lack of industry awareness. We also work with schools and colleges to offer careers information, advice and guidence as well as accredited courses for students interested in STEM.

Our key programmes:

Educate, train and inspire:

  • Raise awareness
  • Have a go
  • Find a job or training

We work in partnership to deliver free courses that provide work experience as well as careers advice and practical training. We do this with community and partner organisations through our Budding Builders courses which work with young people to introduce them to the construction trades. Our Budding Brunels courses work with schools to introduce young people at secondary school  to the construction professions and STEM further education options.

Our courses are accredited by The Open College Network
